Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and b1777 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at b1777.io ("the Platform"). 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with b1777, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your account relationship with the Platform:

• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting as an individual in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by b1777 for breach of these Terms;

• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

b1777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account relationship. Where such proof is requested and not provided within the timeframe specified by b1777, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account and withhold any pending withdrawals until satisfactory documentation has been received and verified.

b1777 employs age verification procedures in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Any player found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any winnings derived from play while underage will be void and non-payable.

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one registered account with b1777. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b1777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances or winnings identified in connection with duplicate account activity.

You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change after registration. b1777 is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

b1777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in line with its commitment to player safety and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and address:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);

3.2 Single Account Policy

Should b1777 detect that a player holds more than one account, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to close all accounts held by that player, void all bets placed across those accounts, and confiscate all bonuses, free bets, and any winnings resulting from play across the duplicate accounts. b1777's determination of duplicate accounts shall be final.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your b1777 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. b1777 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your b1777 account and that you do not reuse passwords from other websites or applications.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your account, or transfer your account to any other individual. b1777 accounts are personal and non-transferable. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not you personally authorised it — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified b1777 of unauthorised access.

b1777 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purportedly from b1777 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

b1777 supports a range of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 BDT. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your b1777 account within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Deposits made via bank transfer or card may take up to 24 hours to reflect in your account balance. b1777 does not charge any fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be refused and returned. b1777 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.

5.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 BDT. Withdrawal requests are processed within two business hours for standard amounts via bKash and Nagad. Larger withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take up to 72 hours. b1777 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit and to require KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. Where the original payment method is unavailable, b1777 will process the withdrawal to an alternative method at its discretion following satisfactory verification.

5.3 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the b1777 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). b1777 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required by your payment provider is the sole responsibility of the player and b1777 accepts no liability for any exchange rate differences or conversion fees applied by third-party financial institutions.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

b1777 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activity. The Platform complies with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. b1777 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity. Players suspected of AML violations will have their accounts suspended pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b1777 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses awarded by b1777 are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. A wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms at the time the offer is made.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

b1777 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that b1777 considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements without genuine sporting risk; using automated tools or scripts to interact with the Platform; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where b1777 determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the Company reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account without prior notice.

6.3 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be automatically removed from the player's account. b1777 is under no obligation to notify players of imminent bonus expiry, though we will endeavour to do so where practicable.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the b1777 Platform are subject to the specific market rules published for each sport, competition, and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable betting rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on b1777:

• Minimum stake: ৳50 BDT per bet, unless otherwise specified for a particular market.
• Bet confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until you have received a bet reference number and the bet appears in your account's bet history. In the event of a technical failure between placement and confirmation, the bet shall be void.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change before bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply to your bet, provided the bet is accepted before any odds change is processed.
• Void bets: b1777 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on the basis of an obvious pricing error, system error, or odds feed failure. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• In-play betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time. b1777 accepts no liability for bets placed after an in-play event has concluded where the result was known prior to bet acceptance.
• Results: Official results used to settle bets are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). b1777's settlement of bets based on official results is final and binding.

b1777 reserves the right to limit the maximum winnings payable on any single bet, parlay, or accumulator. The applicable maximum payout limits are published in the betting rules for each sport and will be communicated to players upon request.

8 Casino Games

Casino games available on the b1777 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, instant games, and table games — are provided by third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own published rules and Return to Player ("RTP") percentage, which are accessible within the game interface.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the b1777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, confiscation of balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform;
• Using software, bots, automated tools, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform;

10 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Any use of the b1777 name, logo, or branding outside of the Platform without express written authorisation from b1777 is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b1777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings; loss of data; loss of profits; interruption of service; errors in odds or pricing; technical failures or connectivity issues; or any other commercial or financial loss.

b1777 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free basis. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. b1777 will use reasonable endeavours to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access, particularly during peak traffic periods such as BPL finals, IPL matches, and other major sporting events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits b1777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by b1777's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

b1777 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account with b1777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms part of the overall legal agreement between you and b1777.

b1777 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to third parties outside of the circumstances described in the Privacy Policy, which include: compliance with legal obligations; fraud prevention and AML obligations; and service delivery through authorised third-party payment and software providers. 14 Amendments to These Terms

b1777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. 15 Governing Law & Disputes
